Current Cases

We are actively helping clients ensure that they receive the proper compensation for the harm they suffered during their stay in houses improperly managed by privatized housing companies. Below are a few examples that we currently represent in litigation.

Active Cases

Michael J. Daniels, et al. v. AETC II Privatized Housing, LLC; AETC II Property Managers, LLC

RAFB #1, San Antonio, Texas

One of the families we represent resided in privately managed housing on Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas for three years before their living conditions forced them to move off base. Mold invaded their household causing many medical illnesses that resulted in hospitalizations, the need for daily medications, and other health deteriorations. Along with the pervasive mold problems, the family experienced rodent infestations, loss of personal property, and financial as well as marital stress.

RAFB #2, San Antonio, Texas

Excessive moisture led to a plague of mold for another family who lived at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. They fought a never ending battle for five years to try and remedy their housing situation. Leaking pipes and windows, rotten floors, and out of pocket expenses all led to increased health issues for each of their family members. Their children suffered from sleep apnea and asthma amongst other health effects.

RAFB #3, San Antonio, Texas

Another family at Randolph  Air Force Base experienced bug infestations, excessive moisture, and large amounts of mold during their time they resided on base. Their complaints  went either unanswered or were poorly repaired, and it ultimately affected the safety and wellbeing of their family. The family ended up moving out of their residence after only a year due to the medical issues they developed.

We are advocating for better living conditions for our military.
