These terms control your legal rights, obligations, and responsibilities relating to your use of our website and our services/products. Please read them thoroughly. Our Military Housing Lawsuit Help
Military Housing Lawsuit Help is a coalition of three law firms with main offices in the United States: Watts Guerra LLP, Pulman Cappuccio & Pullen LLP, and the Law Offices of James R. Moriarty. We come together to hold privatized military housing companies responsible for neglect, contraindicated housing conditions, and injuries sustained by military families living on their bases. Our attorneys are Alicia O’Neill, Ryan Reed, and James Moriarty: they each have years of experience addressing complex litigation, real estate and landlord-tenant matters, and mass tort claims. They have filed lawsuits against all major privatized housing companies, and we are ready to help service members and their families seek justice around the country.
Agreement to Terms
By using and/or accessing the Military Housing Lawsuit Help website (https://militaryhousinglawsuit.com/) or any related service to the website, you are signifying that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or our services.
Who May Use Services
This website and service are for individuals who live in the United States or are located in the United States, specifically military families who experienced serious health problems or property loss or damage while living in on-base family housing operated by a private entity because that family housing was unfit to reside in. By using our website and/or services, you are affirming that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into binding obligations under the law. If you are using the website or any part of our service on behalf of another person or entity, you are representing that you are authorized to bind such person or entity to these terms.
Services Offered
Military Housing Lawsuit Help provides legal representation, mass-tort litigation, confidential case reviews, and information for military families harmed by conditions at privatized military housing. We can provide:
- Free confidential case review
- Legal representation in mass-tort litigation against privatized military housing companies (not against the military)
- Advocacy to address systemic concerns with how housing is managed
- Guidance on the legal process – such as document gathering and filing of lawsuits
We do NOT assist with rental disputes, evictions, maintenance work orders, moving needs, lease extensions/terminations, or personal property storage. We assist only with claims for damages over uninhabitable housing. Confidential attorney/client communications are covered by the attorney-client privilege.
Attorney-Client Relationship
Using Military Housing Lawsuit Help or sending information via this website does NOT constitute you retaining, hiring, or otherwise entering into an attorney-client relationship by and between you and any of the coalition law firms. Such a relationship is only formed after a written agreement is signed by you and one of the coalition law firms. All materials sent to the designated law firm through this website or during the initial evaluation phase are privileged and confidential and protected from disclosure regardless of whether or not you ultimately choose to retain any of our services.
Contingent Fee Agreement
All of our lawyers represent clients on a contingency fee basis. This means that you are charged no up front costs or legal fees. Fees are taken as a percentage of any money collected on your behalf. If no money is collected, you pay us nothing. Before you can initiate any legal action, a clear, written fee agreement will be signed before representation begins, which will set forth all of the terms described above. You have no obligation to enter into any agreement unless you are totally satisfied with its terms.
Your Responsibilities
In order to provide effective representation you will need to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information at the case evaluation stage
- Assist in obtaining and providing relevant documentation (i.e., medical records, correspondence, lease, photographs of damage)
- Promptly respond to attorney requests and communications
- Keep privileged communications confidential
Failure to uphold these responsibilities may affect our ability to represent you or could result in termination of such representation.

We are committed to maintaining your privacy and the confidentiality of all information you provide us. All information that we gather through use of our website or during your consultation is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information you provide as a client or prospective client will not be revealed to outside third parties unless required by law, court order, or with your explicit consent.
